We offer shipping worldwide for a flat rate charge depending on the country you’re shipping to. Please refer to the below rates.

Customers ordering internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes & other charges. Please check with your local customs authority to determine if any charges may apply. Any additional fees will solely be the buyer’s responsibility.

Need to process a return or exchange?


14 days to exchange or return any full priced item/s for a store credit from your original date of purchase

Sale items and gift cards are final sale

No returns or exchange on worn/used items

Please make sure the item is unworn and isn’t damaged, stained or altered in anyway.

Items also need to be in the original packaging with tags and labels attached in the original condition you received them in.

Please ensure you lodge your return or exchange within this timeframe or contact us within 14 days to let us know your intention to process a return.

Any costs and additional responsibilities associated with the return/exchange of items will be the customer’s liability unless the goods are deemed to be faulty or damaged.


Faulty goods

We thoroughly check your order for faults prior to dispatch. In the rare instance that your items be damaged , please advise us by emailing orders@wholethelabel.com.au or fill out the returns & exchanges form below. A full refund or exchange will be processed 7 days after the goods have been successfully returned to us.

Processing your return or exchange

Please fill out the returns form below to process an intention to return or exchange. This will ensure we receive and action your request as soon as possible.

Once we receive you return or exchange, we aim to process your request within 14 days.

For returns, a full store credit to the value of the items will be provided to you once we’ve processed your request. You will receive an email notification to inform you of your successful return lodgement.

In cases of an exchange, please specify in the form below what items you are returning and what items you’d like to exchange for. Once we receive your exchange, you’ll receive a notification to inform you of your new items being shipped. Current shipping rates specified above apply to returns.
